Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to lead our people function and build a world-class employee experience at our growing organisation. You will own all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR policies, and compliance with Pakistani labour laws. You will manage the HRMS, build HR reporting dashboards, partner with department heads on workforce planning, run engagement surveys, and implement initiatives to improve retention and culture. Experience scaling an HR function from 50 to 200+ employees, familiarity with EOBI, Social Security, and tax compliance, and proficiency in HRMS tools are required. You should be a trusted advisor who combines empathy with professionalism and genuinely cares about building a great place to work.
