  • Modifications: We reserve the right to alter these guidelines at any point. Your continued utilization of our services implies acceptance of adjusted rules.
  • Refusal of Service: If you do not consent to all conditions outlined herein, you must immediately halt platform usage.

2. User Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

To establish and preserve an active workspace on Roziwala, you must fulfill and manage the following parameters:

  • Age Restrictions: You must be at least 16 years of age (or the local legal working age limit in Pakistan).
  • Profile Accuracy: All identity variables, contact items, and educational parameters provided must be accurate and truthful.
  • Credential Stewardship: You bear sole responsibility for safeguarding your account access data, passwords, and Google OAuth tokens.
  • Proxy Registrations: You are strictly prohibited from generating placeholder profiles or unauthorized accounts on behalf of someone else.

3. Candidate and Job Seeker Provisions

Job seekers utilizing our platform are subject to the following operating principles:

  • Single Profile Enforcement: You may establish only one unique candidate profile per individual. Duplicity will trigger system audits.
  • Resume Content Integrity: Misrepresenting historical employment titles, educational honors, or functional skills will lead to immediate deletion.
  • Platform Fees: The baseline directory, matchmaking tools, and application functions remain completely free for job seekers.

4. Recruiter and Employer Obligations

Hiring managers, recruitment teams, and company representatives must conform to stringent operational compliance:

  • Corporate Legitimacy: All recruiting bodies must represent active, legitimate, and verified corporate entities or business operations.
  • Job Posting Transparency: Postings must reflect actual vacant roles with accurate compensation ranges, location definitions, and job criteria.
  • Applicant Responsiveness: Recruiters agree to review applications in a timely manner, respecting the response benchmarks broadcasted to candidates.
  • Fraud Actions: Utilizing platform indexes to compile, scrape, or distribute candidates' contact profiles to external advertising rings is strictly penalized.

5. Prohibited Activities and Abuse Prevention

To prevent marketplace exploitation, users are strictly barred from the following actions:

  • Automated Extraction: Using system scrapers, spiders, indexers, or bots to harvest structural candidate or employer indices.
  • Algorithm Manipulation: Artificially keyword-stuffing positions, cloning listings, or modifying attributes to trick our placement frameworks.
  • Malicious Distribution: Uploading documents containing malware, corrupted datasets, macro scripts, or external phishing redirects.
  • Off-Platform Spam: Exporting structural profile numbers or candidate emails to run promotional cold-calling campaigns or spam loops.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Guidelines governing brand assets, system software, and user-generated uploads:

  • Roziwala Assets: The original database design schemas, logo arrays, graphic properties, and user experience source code are protected by Pakistani copyright laws.
  • Limited License Grant: When a user uploads a resume, brand logo, or company description, they grant Roziwala a non-exclusive license to host, render, and share that asset for matching purposes.

7. Future Subscription and Paywall Models

Our long-term platform economic growth strategy operates on the following guidelines:

  • Baseline Functionality: Current job search mechanics, matching metrics, and fundamental messaging pathways remain accessible free of cost.
  • Premium Utility: We reserve the right to establish paid enterprise tiers, subscription models, or posting paywalls in subsequent versions.
  • Advance Notification: Users will receive written digital notification of pricing updates prior to any billing implementation.

8. Disclaimer of Liability & Technical Intermediary Status

Roziwala acts strictly as an analytical intermediary connector and excludes explicit liabilities:

  • Information Verification: We do not perform mandatory judicial background validation checks on candidates or recruiters. You operate at your own discretion.
  • Process Outcomes: We do not guarantee employment placement outcomes, selection confirmations, or responses from listed employers.
  • External Consequences: We bear no financial or legal liability for damages, scams, identity loss, or financial harm resulting from actions happening outside Roziwala.

9. Termination of Service

Procedures governing the temporary or permanent cancellation of system profiles:

  • User Deletion Option: You can choose to completely erase your account, candidate portfolio, and metadata history via the account hub at any time.
  • Administrative Suspension: We reserve the absolute right to freeze or permanently ban any candidate or recruiter profile that breaches safety standards, without warning or reimbursement.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Jurisdictions

Regulatory frameworks governing legal operations and arbitration actions:

  • Local Governance: These Terms of Service are framed and regulated strictly in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • Court Determinations: Any legal disputes, operational disagreements, or statutory issues shall be resolved within the local courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
