As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing the CFO and board with clear, accurate financial intelligence. You will own the annual budgeting process, monthly rolling forecasts, long-range strategic plans, and board reporting packs. You will analyse revenue drivers, cost structure, working capital, and capital allocation to identify opportunities and risks. You will manage a small team of junior analysts and be the primary finance business partner for business unit leaders. Deep experience with financial modelling in Excel, ERP systems (SAP preferred), IFRS accounting standards, and corporate finance is required. The ideal candidate has a CA, ACCA, or CFA qualification, a strategic mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders with financial insights.
