We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to define the technical vision, design scalable system architectures, and provide technical leadership across our engineering organisation. You will design distributed systems, define API standards, review architecture proposals from engineering teams, identify and mitigate technical risks, drive technology adoption decisions, and mentor senior engineers. You will work closely with CTO, product leadership, and engineering managers to align technical architecture with business goals. Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture on AWS, microservices design patterns, event-driven systems using Kafka or RabbitMQ, API design, and database architecture (SQL and NoSQL) is required. You should be an excellent communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and build consensus across teams.
