As a Technical Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, working at the intersection of business requirements and engineering execution. You will run agile ceremonies, manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, track project risks and dependencies, communicate progress to stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You should have a technical background that allows you to understand engineering challenges, participate meaningfully in architecture discussions, and identify when estimates are unrealistic. Experience with Jira, Confluence, project budgeting, and vendor management is required. You will manage teams of 5–15 engineers across frontend, backend, mobile, and QA disciplines. PMP or Scrum Master certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
